October 4, 2013, 7-9pm at the Long Island Center for Yoga: Beginner's Tarot. Bring a Rider Waite deck and a notebook to continue on a journey of discovery with tarot. Beginner's completely welcome.
October 27, 2013, 2-5pm at the Long Island Center for Yoga: an easeful afternoon of gentle/restorative yoga, yoga nidra, bodywork and whatever shows up organically to bring ease and a healing environment to the group.
Marma Yoga series starts November 3, 2013, 12:30-5:30 at the Yoga & Polarity Center of Malverne, NY. This 5 month exploration into how energy moves in the body through touch and attention is highly recommended for yoga teachers, bodyworkers and those interested in getting in touch with the energy body and understanding the effects of touch.
